 Ed Garner RIP [Ironically]
I'm really burdened by stories like this. It is upsetting. http://urbanvelo.org/charleston-cycling ... te-killed/

 Re: Ed Garner RIP [Ironically]
most distressing is that "gardner was not charged because the driver of the jeep did not want to prosecute." the driver of the jeep did not want to prosecute. one more time. THE DRIVER OF THE JEEP DID NOT WANT TO PROSECUTE. at what point was the driver given the option TO prosecute, and WHY?

 Re: Ed Garner RIP [Ironically]
it's insane. They say it was Garner's own fault that he hit the Jeep's door and then was run over by it.

 Re: Ed Garner RIP [Ironically]
i mean, i'm not saying that it wasn't a shared fault or maybe even gardner's fault entirely, but the man's dead -- at what point did we get his side of the story? i don't see how you can determine fault when the ONLY person giving the story is the person who ended up with a cyclist under his jeep.

 Re: Ed Garner RIP [Ironically]
I'm sure this erstwhile reporter DID try to interview Garner too.
